amanqq Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an account on amanqq, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. amanqq enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and will require documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is expressly prohibited by local law in a manner that would make your participation a criminal offence.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or affiliate of amanqq, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from amanqq or any associated platform under a different identity.

amanqq makes no representations that using this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing this Platform is permissible under the laws of your country or region. Users in Indonesia are solely responsible for assessing compliance with applicable local regulations.

To create an account on amanqq, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as prompted during the registration process. Required information includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment details.

One Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on amanqq. If you already hold an account, you must not register a new one under any circumstances, including under a different name, email address, or device. Violations of this rule will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balances derived from bonus play.

Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify amanqq's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. amanqq will never contact you requesting your password by any means.

Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time (including during KYC) is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

amanqq reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion and is not required to provide reasons for doing so.

amanqq is obligated under its international licensing terms to implement a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. KYC verification is mandatory for full account access and is required before any withdrawal is processed.

Documents Required: Members will be asked to submit one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card, passport, or SIM driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or scan of the bank account or e-wallet registered to your name)
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested by our compliance team

Verification Timeline: amanqq aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may require up to 72 hours. You will be notified by email or on-platform notification once your verification status is updated.

amanqq reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including for existing verified members, as part of ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

Supported Deposit Methods: amanqq accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

Minimum & Maximum Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and membership tier. Members are encouraged to review current limits on the deposit page after logging in.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited within 1–5 minutes of confirmed transfer. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited instantly upon successful payment confirmation. amanqq is not responsible for delays caused by the sending bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Member's account portal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. amanqq aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within three minutes of submission during operating hours. Requests submitted outside standard banking hours may be processed on the next available banking session.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the amanqq account.
• Bonus balances are subject to applicable rollover requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• amanqq reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.
• In cases where a deposit has not generated any wagering activity, amanqq reserves the right to apply a processing fee not exceeding 10% of the deposit amount before returning funds.

Currency: All transactions on amanqq are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). amanqq does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

amanqq offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

General Bonus Terms:

• Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including rollover multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting), and expiry period. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these overall Terms & Conditions.
• Bonuses are credited to the Member's Bonus Balance and must meet the applicable rollover requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Standard rollover requirements range from 5x to 10x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. Sports betting rollover is typically calculated on settled wagers at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal). Slot wagers count 100% toward rollover unless otherwise stated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless amanqq explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless a promotion explicitly allows stacking.
• amanqq reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Members who opt out of bonuses at registration or subsequently request bonus removal will have any active Bonus Balance forfeited. amanqq will not reinstate forfeited bonuses under any circumstances.

amanqq provides access to a broad range of gaming products, including sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and international fixtures including Timnas Indonesia), live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game show formats), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, slot gacor (high-RTP video slots) from certified providers, and crash-style games including Aviator by Spribe.

Sports Betting Rules:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to apply. Void/cancelled legs are treated as settled at odds of 1.00.
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules as published by amanqq's sportsbook provider.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), amanqq reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of the outcome.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. Limits may vary by sport, competition, and membership tier.

Live Casino Rules: Live casino games are governed by the rules of the specific game as operated by the live studio provider (e.g., Evolution Gaming). In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game server record, which is final.

RNG Game Fairness: All RNG-based games (slots, virtual sports, number games) use certified random number generators that have been independently audited for fairness. amanqq does not influence or have the ability to alter the outcome of any certified RNG game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on amanqq and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using amanqq for the purposes of depositing, layering, or extracting funds derived from criminal activity. amanqq maintains full AML (anti-money-laundering) compliance protocols.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in peer-to-peer formats or live dealer games.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting odds differences between amanqq and other platforms in a manner that constitutes abuse of the Platform's pricing.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes on deposits made to amanqq. Members who initiate unjustified chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and may be pursued for recovery of funds.
• Hacking or Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to amanqq's systems, databases, or any other Member's account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, amanqq, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party payment delays beyond amanqq's reasonable control.
• Loss resulting from the Member's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
• Any tax liability arising from winnings, which is the Member's sole responsibility.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including match previews, odds, or promotional materials.

amanqq's total aggregate liability to any Member for any cause of action shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that Member's Real Money Balance at the time the cause of action arose.

amanqq does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will take reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and will communicate planned maintenance windows in advance where possible.

amanqq is committed to protecting Member data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering on amanqq, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have given separate consent — direct marketing communications.

amanqq will not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. Data may be shared with regulated third parties strictly for the purpose of fulfilling our KYC, AML, and payment processing obligations.

By amanqq: amanqq reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member is engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behaviour.
• The Member's account poses a compliance, legal, or financial risk to the Platform.
• A competent authority or regulator has directed amanqq to restrict the account.

Upon closure of an account for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts and any amounts subject to dispute or investigation) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 14 business days, unless the balance itself is subject to a fraud investigation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which amanqq holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent amanqq from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or platform integrity.

The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
